2. SEE IF YOU QUALIFY - INCOME & COST TO MOVE IN
For conventional lease total monthly household income must be at least 3.5x's the monthly rent (if rent is $1000, you must make $3500+ per month). 
Cost to move in is based primarily on credit. please see below:
Score over 600 - 1st months rent + deposit (equal to 1 (one) months rent)
Score between 540 & 600 - 1st months rent + double deposit
Score under 540 - 1st months rent + triple deposit
 
3. APPLY ONLINE:
Fill out the NO FEE (privacy secured) ONLINE APPLICATION:

Once filled out, we'll call you to set up a private showing. Then you'll get email to authorize/pay $30 for CREDIT REPORT. We often rent to people rebuilding their credit. 
Then call Lilian or she will call you to set up your personalized tour. 
 
4. SIGN LEASE:
If approved, LEASE AGREEMENT or HOLDING DEPOSIT must be received to take property off the market. 
First month and deposit due at lease signing (Add $100 to deposit for each pet).
